Chef Herman Chin graduated California Culinary Academy in 1995. He soon worked as a chef at Silk restaurant in the San Francisco Mandarin Oriental Hotel. In 1998, he opened his own Japanese restaurant in downtown Union Square. Chef Herman Chin has passion for quality food and he believe in using the best ingredients is the key to make the best dishes.
